Hulu’s second toe-dip into the water of original programming, The Awesomes is now live on their site. Co-created by comedian Seth Meyers and Mike Shoemaker and produced by Lorne Michaels, the show follows a formerly famous superhero team as they attempt to put themselves back together. The show features an impressive line-up of voice talent including SNL currents and alums such as Rachel Dratch, Bill Hader, Kenan Thompson and Meyers himself alongside Rashida Jones, Bobby Lee and more.

I get the impression that if you’ve ever liked SNL, Parks and Rec or The Venture Bros, you might find something to like here, so head on over to Hulu and give it a shot.

…Or, you could always watch it right here if you’re so inclined. It’s rather funny:

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
