The Cover to She-Hulk #8

With the release of Marvel’s January 2015 solicitations this morning, among all the happy “Ant-Man,” “Wolverines” and “Unbeatable Squirrel Girl” news, was this bummer: “She-Hulk” by Charles Soule and Javier Pulido is ending with #12.

While this is hardly out of character for Marvel, a company that has really embraced short runs and relaunches, “She-Hulk” has been a particularly strong book in its year-long run. The solicitation teases “another [door] opens,” so it doesn’t seem like the character is going anywhere – perhaps the title is simply being relaunched in a few months, or she is joining a new team book. Once we know more, we will let you know. You can find the full solicit below.

Note: the issue was solicited without a cover.
