Smallville is at it’s tenth season, and for people that actively watch, it’s been run down into the ground. One of the biggest complaints said (at least, to people that don’t watch the show) is that just like Heroes, Smallville is refusing to show what everyone wants to see – Superman in his suit. This show is about Clark Kent becoming Superman, but he left Smallville for Metropolis quite some time ago.
It looks like with the tenth season and the promise of New God battles and Darkseid, the CW and DCE are ending it with the moment everyone has been waiting for, as seen in the above teaser image. As Clark prepares for (I am assuming here) the fight of his life, he will finally make Barney Stinson happy and suit up.
As to if Darkseid will actually appear instead of just pulling a Galactus is, I suppose, still up in the air.
