Posted this morning on Marvel.com, we now have a new teaser of what to expect from Marvel in April, in addition to Phil Noto on Thunderbolts and Brian Wood and Olivier Coipel on a book: Spider-Man is FIRED, and Humberto Ramos hops onto “Superior Spider-Man.”

What does this mean? Well, at first glance you could assume that Spider-Man (now that he’s actually Doc Ock) gets fired from the Avengers for being a secret villain. That’s the plausible guess. I happen to think Rob Guillory has a better idea:

We’ll find out in April.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
