Apparently it’s Marvel announcement blitz day. REVEAL ALL THE TITLES!

Adding to the news of Fraction, Bagley and Allred on the Fantastic Franchise and Remender and Romita Jr taking over “Captain America,” it looks like the ending “X-Men Legacy” is coming back with a new #1 courtesy of Si Spurrier and Tan Eng Huat, as revealed at MTV Geek.

“Legacy” was previously one of two X-Titles that were ending alongside “AvX” (the other being “Uncanny”), and we had previously  assumed this was a way to clean up the line a bit. Looks like we were wrong — but Si Spurrier on an X-Book again? There’s no way we could complain about that. As long as the X-Club (a group who, admittedly, have nothing to do with legacy) are a part of the book, we’re sold.

So where is the next announcement coming from?

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
