Last night, Stumptown artist and MC favorite Matthew Southworth revealed on Twitter that we will hopefully be seeing more of his Greg Rucka-written book this summer.
Originally launched in 2009, Stumptown followed the adventures of private investigator Dex Parios as she sorted through a particularly troubling missing persons case. While it was only 4 issues, the final issue teased that the book would continue eventually, and we couldn’t be more excited to see more.
Expect more on this as we get it, as this is nowhere near a hard date, but it’s good to know that more Stumptown is getting closer to being a reality. For those that haven’t read it yet, pick it up now so you can get caught up before the next volume arrives.
Update: Both Rucka and Southworth responded on Twitter. The message? They’re working hard on it, and as Southworth said, “it’s a barn-burner.”
