IGN have released the trailer for Warner Bros. Animation’s upcoming release Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay:

The direct-to-video film will see Amanda Waller (voiced by Vanessa Williams) sending Task Force X – which consists of Deadshot (Christian Slater), Captain Boomerang (Spartacus‘s Liam McIntyre), Harley Quinn (Tara Strong), Bronze Tiger (Billy Brown), Killer Frost (Kristin Bauer van Straten), and Copperhead (Gideon Emery) – to stop the immortal Vandal Savage (Jim Pirri, who will also voice Vertigo) from gaining a mystical artifact.

The film will also feature C. Thomas Howell reprise the role of Zoom / Eobard Thawne from Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, as well as Dania Ramirez as Scandal Savage, James Urbaniak as Professor Pyg, Julie Nathanson as Silver Banshee, Cissy Jones as Knockout, and Dave Fennoy as Blockbuster and Tobias Whale. Greg Grunberg (Felicity, Alias) will be voicing a character called Maxum Steel, and Trevor Devall will play Punch, the male half of the duo Punch and Jewelee (aka “Doomsday Clock”‘s Mime and Marionette). Two-Face will also be making an appearance, voiced by Dave Boat.

Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay is directed by Sam Liu – whose next film, Gotham by Gaslight, is out on January 23 – and written by DC Animation veteran Alan Burnett. It will be released sometime in 2018, and rated R for “strong bloody violence throughout, sexual content, brief graphic nudity, and some drug material.”
