After a week of images, posters and teasers for a full trailer (for…whatever reason, I guess), today Disney has finally debuted the first trailer for the upcoming Big Hero 6 film, showing Hiro Hamada’s first trial run at turning his android buddy into the robot hero known as Baymax. Based on the “Big Hero 6” Marvel Comic superteam, the film focuses on Hiro and Baymax as they join with other crimefighters in future San Fransokyo, and is from the writer/director of the (fantastic) Winnie the Pooh film of a few years ago and the writer/director of Bolt.

Take a look above and let us know what you think of the trailer. The film stars Josh Hutcherson, Samuel L. Jackson, Freddie Highmore and more, and is set to arrive November 7, 2014.

Matthew Meylikhov

Once upon a time, Matthew Meylikhov became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Multiversity Comics, where he was known for his beard and fondness for cats. Then he became only one of those things. Now, if you listen really carefully at night, you may still hear from whispers on the wind a faint voice saying, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine is not as bad as everyone says it issss."
