Those of you who purchased your books yesterday might have noticed that in Marvel comics, the Age Of X teaser featured a little barcode in the corner that smart phones could read, which would ultimately link you to the History of the Age of X, an upcoming storyline in X-Men Legacy by Mike Carey. And what is that first bit of History we have? The above image.
It looks like the Age of X is not as mutant-positive as one would hope, as Hank McCoy is beat to death. Poor Hank – he’s not even an X-Man anymore and he still can’t catch a break.
All of this is part of a new viral campaign for the Age Of X, which should certainly be quite interesting of a look at just what the Age Of X actually is. Stay tuned for more as we get them.
