Marc Webb’s “The Amazing Spider-Man” is less than a year from release, and today we get a new teaser poster for that film. It’s a striking image (if you ignore the SuperheroHype watermark), and definitely one that settles well with at least myself as a Spider-Man fan. I’d say my only beef with it is the tagline of “The Untold Story.” How untold really is this story? We’ve had three movies already and a lot of comic books that disagree with that idea, but hey, maybe they’re going to reimagine Spidey’s origin?
Who knows, but they better hope they don’t do it too much, otherwise they are going to have some rather angry fanboys on their tails.
