Marvel sure likes their teasers, don’t they? The most recent one released for Marvel’s upcoming Shadowland is just as interesting as the others, and boy does it have me stoked for this event. Having been off playing “Hawkeye” on the Dark Avengers, Bullseye is in for a whole new Daredevil that he hasn’t seen before, and I’ve been saying for a while that as soon as he re-enters old Horn-Head’s world he will soon be meeting an unseemly end. This picture only strengthens this belief, though I will say that these things are not always how they seem. The inclusion of Wolverine in this one is interesting, and it makes me wonder if he will have a part in what happens to Bullseye (then again, what isn’t he included in?).
Shadowland is the “The Battle for the Soul of New York,” and will be written by Andy Diggle, drawn by Billy Tan, and feature street-level characters such as Daredevil, Spider-Man, Punisher, Luke Cage, Iron Fist (!) and more. If you’re a Marvel fan and you don’t plan on picking this up, I simply don’t know what to say to you.
