– Lion Forge Comics’s Catalyst Prime imprint has announced two new series, “Incidentals” by Joe Casey and Larry Strowman and “K.I.N.O.” by Joe Casey and Jefte Palo to spin out of their May FCBD release “Catalyst Prime: The Event.” “Incidentals” will follow billionaire Bo Vincent Chen and the covert operations superhero team he forms in the wake of The Event. “K.I.N.O.” will explore the character of deceased astronaut Alistair Meath and his mysterious connection to the Kinetic Impulse Neoterrestrial Operative. Both books will roll out in the months after “Catalyst Prime: The Event” launches in May.

– “Michael Cray,” the second series under Warren Ellis’s WildStorm imprint, was announced today as “already being planned.” It was also announced that the imprint would consist of four different titles, while Ellis himself clarified just what exactly this imprint is in an interview with Vulture.

Jimmy Vee will be taking over for the recently deceased Kenny Baker as the iconic droid R2-D2 in this December’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi. “Kenny was a fantastic actor and taught me all the ‘tricks’ on how he brought R2-D2 to life which I will continue to portray in his honour.” Vee said in a statement released by Oh So Small production company.

– Archie Comics has signed a deal with Warner Bros Television to develop more of the publisher’s properties for the small screen. Archie CEO Jon Goldwater notes that this includes not only your usual Riverdale crew, but also “America’s Queen of Pin-Ups and Fashions” Katy Keene and the superheroes of the company’s Dark Circle imprint.

– Valiant has announced a new stand-alone one-shot “Eternal Warrior: Awakening” by “Wrath of the Eternal Warrior” writer Robert Venditti and “Bloodshot Reborn” artist Renato Guedes.The book will follow a time in Gilad Anni-Padda’s life when he loses his memory and is reshaped by the environment around him.

– Marvel has released concept art for two of its upcoming films, Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok.

Sina Grace, writer of Marvel’s upcoming “Iceman” series, is launching a new graphic memoir entitled “Nothing Lasts Forever” as well as a second season of his autobiographical web-series Self-Obsessed.

– Oni Press will publish Tessa Stone’s horror-comedy webcomic “Not Drunk Enough” as a trilogy of books. The first book is due out on July 5, 2017.

– Carl Lundstedt, James Stiato, J.D. Evermore, Andrea Roth, Miles Mussenden, and Gloria Reuben have all been cast in Freeform’s Cloak and Dagger in various specified and unspecified roles.

– Lastly, it appears that all or, at least, some of the voice cast will be returning for Young Justice Season 3
