– A new day, a new Marvel’s Inhumans casting. Lost alum Ken Leung has been cast as Black Bolt’s cousin and most trusted advisor, Karnak. Marvel Head of Television and Executive Producer Jeph Loeb said, “Ken brings both a wisdom and a power to the role that no one else could match.” noting that “His Karnak will be awesome.” Leung joins Iwan Rheon, Anson Mount and Serinda Swan as the cast of Marvel’s Inhumans.

– “Bankshot” is a new Dark Horse comic announced yesterday at Emerald City Comicon from Alex Di Campi and ChrisChross. Described as a “no holds barred action story,” which ChrisChross compares to Spriggan. The five issue series debuts in June.

– Marvel has announced a new 5-issue mini-series, titled “Edge of Venomverse.” The story is said to be an in-continuity story that spins out of the current “Venom” story and March’s Venomized Variant Program, which will bring readers “deadly new venom combinations.” No creators were named for the book.

Game of Thrones alum Alexander Siddig has been cast as Ra’s al Ghul on Fox’s Gotham. Ra’s will play the puppet master of the Court of Owls when he’s finally revealed on the show.

– “This is it. This is the definitive end, and it’s a great end.” said Samurai Jack creator Genndy Tartakovsky of the series’ March revival.

– DC Comics has released their full solicitations for their DC/Looney Tunes crossover Specials (formerly annuals).

The Wrap is reporting that Stranger Things star David Harbour is being eyed for the role of Cable in Deadpool 2. Their source claims that the actor has screen tested for the role.

– Fox’s untitled X-men project has found its leading lady in Amy Acker. Emma Dumont has been cast as Polaris and Percy Hynes White has been cast as an original character named Andy.

– Cartoonist R. Sikoryak has created a comic-adaptation of the iTunes Terms and Conditions.

– Many a rumor has poured out of DC Comics Rebirth panel at ECCC. These include possible plans for the JSA, Hawkman, and Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s summer 2017 event.

– Tom Hanks has offered encouragement to the White House Press Corps in the form of a new espresso machine and a pulitzer prize winning comic, with the the note, “Keep up the good fight for truth, justice, and the American way. Especially for the truth part.” The comic is “Fresh, spirited American troops, flushed with victory, are bringing in thousands of hungry, ragged, battle-weary prisoners,” by Bill Mauldin.

– A new day, a new Injustice 2 trailer. Today we got our first look at Doctor Fate in his presumed role of the major magic used on the roster
