In case you missed it, Dark Horse announced “God of War: Fallen God,” and released solicitations for their Mignolaverse titles in June.

– “Heartstopper” creator Alice Oseman uploaded an alternate universe take on her series, “Heartstopper: Become Human,” onto her official website. The 126-page comic doubles as a parody of the video game Detroit: Become Human, reimagining Nick as an android and Charlie as a hardboiled detective. As Oseman explained, “When I finished the comic last year, I hoped I’d be able to distribute physical copies! Unfortunately as DBH is not my creation, this just presents too many legal issues.”

– BOOM! Studios announced Brian Azzarello and Maria Llovet’s erotic horror series “Faithless” will return for a third and final six-issue installment in 2021. “There had to be three… It’s a magic number,” Azzarello quipped. The first issue of “Faithless II” goes on sale April 22, 2020.

– Publisher Mad Cave Studios have launched a relief fund for comic book retailers who are losing revenue as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mad Cave intends to raise $100,000 (a tenth of which has already been donated by themselves), and will donate it evenly among any comic book stores who contact them for help. At the time of writing, only $11,000 has been raised.

– ShortBox announced that, from today, they’ll be releasing titles to download digitally to read for free. “Still talking to our fantastic and generous artists, and hoping to release around 20 titles from our catalogue, some of which are out of print, with you in the upcoming days/weeks,” they tweeted. “Hope it helps a little.”

– Meanwhile, Marvel announced “extensive deep discounts” on comics scheduled for release from March 18 to April 8, and Aspen Comics have suspended all releases until further notice. Writer Alex Cox, artist Skottie Young, and letterer Nate Piekos have also created a strip explaining how customers can support comics shops while self-isolating.

– In further COVID-19-related delays, ReedPOP have delayed New York’s BookCon until the weekend of July 25 (the same weekend as San Diego Comic-Con International), while AMC have moved the premiere of The Walking Dead spin-off Walking Dead: World Beyond to sometime during the summer.

Variety confirmed Rosario Dawson will play Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian season 2. This will mark the first live-action appearance of Anakin Skywalker’s Jedi apprentice, who was voiced by Ashley Ecktein in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Rebels, Forces of Destiny, and The Rise of Skywalker.

– Finally, Netflix announced the first season of the new anime series Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 will be released on April 23, 2020.
