– Ryan Higgins, co-host of The Geekbox and The Comic Conspiracy podcasts and owner of Comics Conspiracy, a comic book store in Sunnyvale, CA tweeted the complete checklist from “Dark Nights: Metal” direct from DC. It is worth noting that pictured on the list is “Hawkman Found” #1 coming in December.
– A potential new attraction at Disney theme parks may let guests play the part of Marvel’s Captain America through a virtual reality driven experience. According to a new patent application filed by Disney, a physical rail would attach to the guest’s forearm as well as a physical shield that slides along it. This apparatus would allow the guest to throw the shield like Captain America.The physical shield will slide to the end of the rail and, by using motion sensors, a virtual reality shield would appear in front of the guest and travel in the direction of the throw.
– Geoff Johns has confirmed via Twitter that it was Wally reaching out to Barry in New 53 “Justice League” #50, ‘Darkseid War Finale.’
– Ron Howard’s first comments about his taking over as director on the young Han Solo film project shows his enthusiasm for the project and his characteristic optimism. He has met with the cast and crew in addition to seeing the existing dailies preparing to take up the reigns and being filming again July 10th.
– According to Marvel Entertainment head, Kevin Feige, the film following 2019’s untitled Avengers Infinity War Part 2 will be a sequel to the soon to be released Spider-Man Homecoming. This could be the second in a possible trilogy for Spider-Man through Marvel’s existing deal with Sony Pictures.
