– We’ve seen our first look at Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes in the upcoming season of Agents Of SHIELD, now we have our first look at Luna as Ghost Rider himself, flaming skull and all. I, for one, am fairly pleased with how this teaser image looks at least and I enjoy the homage to Felipe Smith’s cover artwork (see left). Hopefully the show’s budget can hold up and it won’t be a case of only seeing Ghost Rider for a couple of minutes each episode.

– Here’s something interesting: Robert Downey Jr. has posted this picture teasing a collaboration between Jon Favreau and celebrity chef Roy Choi. Chef 2, perhaps? What stands out, though, are the other people in the picture namely Kevin Feige, Tom Holland and the Russo brothers. Was this a meeting about a possible Iron Man 4? Probably not, but that would be really cool, wouldn’t it?

– CW has debuted a whole bunch of new stills from the first two episodes of the new seasons of Supergirl (titled ‘The Adventures Of Supergirl’ and ‘The Last Children Of Krypton’) that gives us even more of a look at Tyler Hoechlin as Superman and Clark Kent as well as the returning Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant and Katie McGrath as Lex’s sister, Lena Luthor.

– TVLine is reporting that Netflix and Marvel has cast the antagonist of its The Punisher show in the form of Ben Barnes. I’m not really interested in that, though, because I’m more interested in the fact that he’s rumoured to be playing Bobby Saint. Bobby Saint is the son of John Travolta’s character from the 2004 Punisher film. The one that sucked. I hope this isn’t true, I really do.

– Finally, Deadline has the story that Conrad Vernon, co-director of Sausage Party, will be directing a remake of The Toxic Avenger. Why, you ask? Beats me, but I kind of can’t wait to see just how weird this project is going to be.
