– Amazon has officially picked up The Tick for a full season order in 2017. The Tick kid of premiered this summer with a free pilot you can watch here. Everybody says that every superhero show is the one that breaks the mold, but The Tick is something really special so it’s great news it’s being picked up.
– Sam Humphries, of “Green Lanterns” and “Our Love is Real” fame has exclusively signed with DC Comics. Humphries only started working with DC this year as part of their “Rebirth” initiative but he’s had a busy last couple of years writing books like “Uncanny X-Force”, “Avengers A.I.” and “Our Love is Real” which you really need to read now.
– Kevin Feige talked about the character of Wong in the upcoming Doctor Strange film. Feige said that Wong isn’t going to be the stereotypical manservant he’s been depicted as in the comics. When told that’s not really the main thing people were complaining about, Feige grasped his Polaroids of Benedict Cumberbatch and Tilda Swinton and cooed at them.
– Joe Kelly revealed on Twitter that the adaptation for “I Kill Giants” entered production today. This news caused all of the Multiversity Comics’s staff’s hearts to grow three sizes.
