Archie Comics revealed the details for “Archie Meets the B-52s,” a new one-shot by co-writers Alex Segura and Matt Rosenberg, and artist Dan Parent. The comic book follows a recent string of comics with Archie meeting musical acts such as The Ramones and KISS. Segura said to expect “a lot of bonkers fun, eye-popping art, and a lot of new wave-y adventure.” “Archie Meets the B-52s” is slated for release February 2020, so hurry up and bring your (comic book) money.

The Beat reported that publisher First Second will release a 25th Anniversary Edition of “Stuck Rubber Baby” by American cartoonist Howard Cruse. The out-of-print graphic novel “examines homophobia and racism in 1960s Alabama during the height of the Civil Rights Movement.” “Stuck Rubber Baby” was originally contracted with DC Comics imprint Piranha Press in 1993 but changed over to another DC imprint, Paradox Press. The graphic novel was met with widespread acclaim at its original release. “Stuck Rubber Baby” will be re-released May 26, 2020 and is currently available for pre-order.

From Newsarama, Todd McFarlane is now the Guinness World Records holder for longest-running creator-owned superhero comic book series for “Spawn” #301. The Image series was first published in 1992. When accepting the award, McFarlane said, “As much as I am proud to be receiving this award, I gratefully accept it on behalf of all those who helped me the past 27 years of this journey.”

Rotten Tomatoes tweeted four new posters for Birds of Prey ahead of the movie’s new trailer set to be released today. Birds of Prey stars Margot Robbie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Harley Quinn, Huntress, and Black Canary respectively. The Cathy Yan directed feature is set for release February 7, 2020.

Empire has the latest trailer for The King’s Man, a prequel and third installment to the Kingsman franchise starring Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Tom Hollander, and Harris Dickinson. The film will reveal the origins of the espionage organization as they battle “history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds,” including the mysterious Rasputin. The movie will be released February 14, 2020.

The Wrap revealed that Úrsula Corberó (Money Heist) will play Baroness in the third G.I. Joe film adaptation Snake Eyes. Corberó will join Henry Golding and Andrew Koji for the origin story of the titular character. Robert Schwentke (Red, R.I.P.D.) will direct the film slated for an October 16th, 2020 release date.

From Newsarama, Dynamite Entertainment’s comic book adaptation of A Clash of Kings, the second book of George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Fire and Ice, will be relaunched next year. Landy Q. Walker will continue to write the series as it enters the second half of the novel, and will be joined by artist Mel Rubi, colorist Ivan Nunes, and letterer Tom Napolitano. The new “George R. R. Martin’s A Clash of Kings” #1 will be available January 2020.

And finally, from Comicbook.com, the first episode of The Walking Dead’s tenth season is streaming on AMC Premiere ahead of its Sunday, October 6th release. The subscription service also has a table reading bonus feature for the show. Episode 10×1, titled “Lines We Cross,” is set months after the season nine finale. Showrunner Angela Kang scripted the episode and Greg Nicotero directed it.
