– While it isn’t set-in-stone just yet, editor-in-chief Axel Alonso let fans know at the NYCC Marvel Legacy: X-Men panel that a Storm solo comic might be on the way. Additionally, “Black Panther” writer Ta-Nehisi Coates teased he may be writing the character in a tweet published a couple days after the panel . A favorite of mutant fans everywhere, Storm hasn’t starred in too many books, but she has lead the X-Men often, including fairly recently. Alonso also noted that “schedules” are what will ultimately determine when, and if, her solo book comes out.

– Alex Segura, previously Senior Vice President of Publicity & Marketing for Archie Comics (as well editor of the Dark Circle line) has been promoted to Co-President of the company.

– All fans of Batman: The Animated Series can rejoice in knowing that the entire series is finally coming to Blu-ray sometime in 2018. Details are sparse, but this should be welcome news for the bevy of Batman: The Animated Series fans, who have been clamoring for this for quite some time.

Batman vs Two-Face is the latest piece of Batman animation to be released featuring the late Adam West and Burt Ward. While it could have been assumed this would be the final piece of Batman ’66 animation, Ward alluded to the possibility that there could definitely be more on the horizon. How Warner Bros. and DC would even go about that is currently unknown.

– Exciting news for J’onn J’onzz fans: Carl Lumbly, the voice of the Martian Manhunter on the popular and iconic Justice League animated series, is said to portray J’onn’s farther on Supergirl, M’rynn J’onzz. Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg says the reunion between father and son will be a major one for the Earth-bound Martian.

During Sunday’s DC Universe panel, it was revealed that both Midnighter and Apollo would be returning to DC via the Wildstorm label. The news was broken via “Supergirl” and former “Midnighter and Apollo” writer Steve Orlando, though it was unclear if Orlando would be the one to be writing the characters.

– John Constantine is returning to the CW in more ways than one. In addition to the previously reported first look at the CW Seed series, Constantine will be featured on an upcoming episode(s) of On top of being mentioned to appear in a future episode of Legends of Tomorrow.

– Created by writer and artist Bryan Talbot, “Grandville” stars an anthropomorphic badger in an alternate timeline where certain European wars went a little differently. With four books published, the final one will be released this November. Euston Films has bought the option for a mixed live action and animation television series; they are currently looking for a director.
