Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at rundown@multiversitycomics.com.

– Get ready because a lot of the news for today is just people saying stuff ain’t going to happen. Kevin Feige said, in regards to rumors that sprung from Wesley Snipes’s incredible “Make America Blade Again” tweet, that Marvel’s not pursuing anything with the character Blade at the moment. They might use him at some point, but he’s not going to make a sudden appearance in Agents of SHIELD even though he and Ghost Rider would be the perfect SHIELD team.

– Greg Rucka recently said that he considers Wonder Woman to be bisexual and Gal Gadot agrees. Or, at least she said Wonder Woman “can be bisexual” in the same way Ben Affleck’s Batman can be three children in a trench coat. Still, Gadot’s not an executive who has the final say on Wonder Woman’s sexuality but maybe this kind of discussion can lead to future executives realizing there’s a huge audience that would love to see a bisexual Wonder Woman, even if it’s just to avoid watching her pretend to fall in love with milquetoast ass Steve Trevor.

– Have you been watching Supergirl lately? Because, uh, they’re going to do some crazy things with Jimmy Olsen. Spoilers, natch.

Lana Condor AKA Jubilee from X-Men: Apocalypse has been cast in Alita: Battle Angel directed by James Cameron. In bigger news, James Cameron’s directing something that isn’t an Avatar.
