In case you missed it, we have an exclusive preview of next week’s “Scarlet Witch” #10.

– Image have announced “The One Hand,” written by Ram V with art by Laurence Campbell and colors by Lee Loughridge. The four-issue miniseries follows Neo Novena detective Ari Nasser, who is on the verge of retirement, when a brutal murder occurs bearing a resemblance to the ‘One Hand Killer,’ who Nasser put away twice before. What follows is a “deadly cat-and-mouse game” that forces Nasser to look into the dark depths of his city as well as his own soul. “The One Hand” #1 is set to debut in February 7, 2024.

– Image have also announced “The Six Fingers,” written by Ram V’s fellow White Noise collective member Dan Watters, with art by Sumit Kumar and colors by Loughridge. Also set in Neo Novena, the book follows archaeology student Johannes Vale, who commits a brutal murder, but doesn’t remember it. Johannes will stop at nothing to unravel the mystery, but with each new revelation comes a deeper look at the dark heart of the city. “The Six Fingers” #1 will be released on February 21, 2024.

Via CBR, Oni Press have announced “Eat Your Heart Out,” a new graphic novel from creators and co-writers Terry Blas and Matty Newton, artist Lydia Anslow, and colorist Claudia Aguirre. The book follows Blanca, who moves from Idaho to New York City to pursue a career in fashion design. There she meets Emile, a kindly baker who takes her in and introduces her to an eclectic group of friends who all live in the same brownstone. Together, they help Blanca realize that her dreams can become reality “when you embrace chosen family as the missing ingredient.” “Eat Your Heart Out” Volume 1 will debut on August 13, 2024.

– Marvel unveiled a first look at Jonathan Hickman and Marco Checchetto’s upcoming “Ultimate Spider-Man” series, revealing their version of Peter Parker will be married to Mary Jane, and have a son and daughter. “When we decided that we were going to do a book about an older Peter Parker becoming Spider-Man, we really wanted to lean into him starting his super hero life from a very different place than what’s traditionally expected,” Hickman said. “Peter and MJ being married is one of many decisions we made that underline this being quite a ‘different’ kind of Spider-Man story.” The Parker family are shown on variant covers for the first issue by Elizabeth Torque and Ryan Stegman, which releases January 10.

– Marvel also shared the contents for December’s “Marvel’s Voices: Avengers” special. It will contain an Iron Man story by actor Utkarsh Ambudkar (Ghosts) and artist Tadam Gyadu (“Spider-Man: India”); a battle between Captain America and the Red Skull by Robbie Thompson (“Silk”) with Sid Kotian (“Storm”); a Robbie Reyes outing by Marvel newcomers Jason Concepcion (Miguel Wants to Fight) and Moisés Hidalgo (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”); a Photon adventure by Justina Ireland (Star Wars) and Karen Darboe (“Bloodline: Daughter Of Blade”); and bonus material, including a Luciano Vecchio piece showcasing the more diverse Avengers. The book releases December 6.

– Furthermore, Marvel have announced What If… Wanda Maximoff and Peter Parker Were Siblings? A Scarlet Witch & Spider-Man Story, the second adult novel in the What If… book series written by Seanan McGuire. The novel depicts a Wanda Maximoff who was adopted into the Parker family. Both Peter and Wanda gain their powers, with Wanda learning how to control her abilities from Doctor Strange. But a mysterious speedster named Pietro shows up, he turns Wanda’s world upside down. What If… Wanda Maximoff and Peter Parker Were Siblings? hits bookstores on July 9, 2024. You can check out the cover here.

– Via ICv2, Warner Bros. Discovery President of Global Brands, Franchises, and Experiences Pam Lifford is leaving the company to focus on a family healthcare issue. DC has confirmed that DC President Jim Lee and General Manager Anne De Pies will report directly to Lifford’s boss, WBD Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer Bruce Campbell. Campbell was the lead negotiator on the Warner Bros. Discovery merger for Discovery, and also led several previous acquisitions by Discovery during his 15-year tenure there. The change takes effect November 27, 2023.

– Finally, Marvel have paid tribute to visual effects producer Diana Giorgiutti, who passed away this week. Giorgiutti worked on films such as The Matrix and Babe, as well as many Marvel Studios features, including Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor: The Dark World, Ant-Man, Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Giorgiutti was born in Sydney, Australia, and began her career as a tape operator at VideoLab. She is survived by her long-term partner Greg Johnson, her three sisters, and her parents.
