IndieWire says Wolverine: The Lost Trail will feature Richard Armitage’s Logan adventuring through the bayou of New Orleans, with writer Benjamin Percy, director Brendan Baker, and sound designer Chloe Prasinos also returning for the Stitcher Premium sequel. The first episode will be released sometime in Winter 2019.

– Deadline broke three comic property-related stories:

  • The first is that the PG-13’ified Deadpool 2 is titled Once Upon a Deadpool, and that it will have a limited engagement from Dec. 12 to Christmas Eve (and raise money for charity along the way).
  • The second is that Halloween actor Will Patton is joining DC Universe’s Swamp Thing as businessman Avery Sunderland.
  • And the third is that Tell Me a Story’s James Wolk has been cast in an unknown, recurring role on HBO’s upcoming Watchmen series.
