Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– Yay! Jake Wyatt, a super talented artist, will be drawing “Ms. Marvel” #6 and #7. While I love Adrian Alphona and could go for him on every issue ever, getting Wyatt in the mix? Yes please.
– Colleen Doran chronicles an experience she had with a “fan” on social media, and I’m not going to lie, people are really confusing.
– “Gotham Central” is getting all the hype for being the GCPD inspiration for “Gotham”, but Chuck Dixon can think of a couple other books that heavily featured the police of Gotham as well.
– Is 2014 the year of the superhero robot apocalypse? Graeme McMillan analyzes that question through the prism of DC’s New 52: Future’s End, X-Men: Days of Future Past and the Terminator reboot.
– Larry Cruz looks at the disappearance of sprite comics at Robot 6, and it’s a good piece that also makes me really miss “8-Bit Theater“. If you never read Brian Clevinger’s “Final Fantasy” influenced comic, I highly recommend it. Sooooo funny.
