Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email me at david@multiversitycomics.com.

– Comic Book Resources has a chat with Jason Latour and Jason Aaron about the upcoming “Wolverine: Japan’s Most Wanted” storyline that kicks off the Infinite Comics weekly for Marvel. It’s definitely worth a look, as both of those creators are tailor made for a Wolverine series (as many of us know already).

– Hilariously enough, the interest triggered by the 700 free comics from Marvel caused ComiXology to crash. Bleeding Cool has the story, but apparently comics are popular when they’re free. Who’da thunk it?

– Recently, Rafael Grampa opened up his commission list for one of the first times ever to the public, and the results are…well, the one piece up at Bleeding Cool is nothing short of freaking amazing. Iron Man, Cap and Spidey at peak form, right there.

Comic Vine has a look at DC’s Edge solicits, and I wanted to note who the artist on Suicide Squad will be with Ales Kot: Patrick Zircher. I have to say, that’s a hell of a team, and one that will at least do interesting things with the book. I might buy it depending on what I hear, but fascinating stuff.
