– If you follow comics Twitter, you probably saw the minor s-storm that brewed after Bleeding Cool leaked a bunch of upcoming launches for Marvel. Dan Slott complained about Rich Johnston’s spoiling, compared the site to snuff porn, and it was a whole thing. Anyway, Marvel just let New York Daily News spoil that Bruce Banner dies in today’s issue of “Civil War II”.

– After Pokemon Go became the only thing non-political anyone’s been talking about for a straight week, Legendary Pictures is going to go ahead and try to make a Pokemon movie. Nothing about the film is definite yet, but there’s probably going to involve a scene of me crying outside the Museum of Natural History because my game crashed right before I caught a Charmander.

– Apparently the whole marketing focus on Jared Leto’s unprofessional ass being the big villain of Suicide Squad is an elaborate smokescreen. The real bad guy is someone the producers refer to as The Adversary. I’m just guessing but it’s Darkseid and there’s probably a scene where Jared Leto throws a used condom at him.

– Fox has apparently let go of the Hellfire series they were developing that was going to focus on the X-Men’s rival club of crazy rich people. Instead, they’re developing a new series that follows the parents of two mutant children going into hiding with some underground mutants to hide form the government. And from Jared Leto who will also be throwing used condoms at them.
