Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– The new Marvel short, All Hail the King, which will debut on the Thor: The Dark World Blu-Ray, has received its own poster. While I doubt we’ll be able to buy these (or if they’ll even make any actual print copies), it still looks pretty cool to me.

– Turtle fans, get set to freak out. Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman have collaborated on a cover to “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: 30th Anniversary Special.” This is significant because the two have rarely worked together over the past two decades. It is also significant because that cover is amazing.

– Marvel has teased some “suspects” for their upcoming “Original Sin” event, including Peter Parker, Bucky, and more. Check out the gallery here.

– The season for the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars looks pretty fantastic, and I’ve never been shy about my dislike for all things Star Wars prequel.

– Marvel, you crazy. Both “All-New Invaders” #1 and “Black Widow” #1 will come free in “Avengers” #27 and “Superior Spider-Man” #30, respectively. This is something I wish more companies would do, especially digitally. The fact that these will be in the print editions is even crazier. Now that $3.99 price tag doesn’t look so crazy.

– Captain Marvel gets described as “Han Solo…Lara Croft…John McClane” by new series artist David Lopez. If that description doesn’t hook you, what will?

– And finally, has Marvel cancelled “Superior Spider-Man Team Up?” It appears it has.
