Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– We’ve seen Electro, we’ve peeped the Rhino, and now we get the first shot of Green Goblin in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. I know he is an iconic Spidey villain, but I think he is a very, very hard villain to do properly in a film. Also, SO MANY VILLAINS.
– The Walking Dead continues to crush it in the ratings, drawing in over 12 million folks for their midseason finale on Sunday. The spinoff is making more and more sense.
– Is a “Sin City” TV series in the works? Apparently, the Weinsteins want to follow next summer’s Sin City: A Dame to Kill For with a series. If the same creative team is in place, yes please.
– Speaking of TV series, according to Bleeding Cool, the upcoming Hourman series has a bit of Dial H mixed in for good measure. Somewhere, Multiversity’s Vince Ostrowski’s ears are ringing with excitement.
– Bleeding Cool also has the scoop on some upcoming Arrow guest stars, including potentially Solomon Grundy, The Question and Red Hood. They also speculate on the first arc of Gotham, the still in the works non-Batman Batman show.
– In the final bit of Bleeding Cool DC news/speculation, they claim that the new DC cinematic plan involves spring/fall lower budget/lower tier movies each year, with the bigger films being summer releases every few years. Suicide Squad is mentioned as a potential first film. If done right, this could be great. If not, this could be disastrous.
– J.J. Abrams believes that hiding the fact that Khan was the Star Trek Into Darkness villain was a mistake. Wait, people actually thought it would be someone else?
– “Batman: Eternal” artist Jason Fabok talks about the new series and the Thanksgiving-based promo released last week.
– And, finally, co-founder of DragonCon, Ed Kramer, has plead guilty to child molestation charges. This is a good thing, as it gets a molester behind bars, and lets the DragonCon folks, hopefully, move forward.
