Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– When it rains it pours: a month after “The Multiversity” debuts, Grant Morrison’s book with Frazer Irving, “Annihilator,” will be out in September, from Legendary Comics.
– Hugh Jackman is reconsidering his declaration that he might be hanging up the claws soon. He said that the experience of seeing Days of Future Past has reinvigorated his love for the character.
– Is Dynamite launching a whole new line of comics today?
– “The Complete Eightball” slipcover looks as amazing as you’d expect it to.
– If you haven’t read “Metrodome,” you’re missing out. If you have (or haven’t) checked out the art jam, “Exiles of Metrodome,” well, then you’re missing out even more.
– There is a new site called “Auction My Stuff” – imagine eBay, but with verified values, appraised by experts. They have a comics section that, frankly, is super impressive.
– “White Death” by Charlie Adlard and Robbie Morrison is being reprinted, and to celebrate, the BBC has shared some script excerpts and an interview with the pair about the book.
– Despite being cancelled in August, “Batwing” has a “Futures End” tie in issue in September, and here is the cover. Note, this is the first of the covers to be seen in person. That noise you hear is the overwhelming “meh” of thousands.
– And, finally, Gilbert Gottfied reciting classic video game lines is the best thing ever.
