– I think you are probably getting sick of me talking about it by now, but this mini Batgirl comic by Cameron Stewart about the viability of her outfit for combat is completely genius, and a great example of exactly how well everyone involved with “Batgirl” has handled the announcement. Love it.

– Oh my god. This Funko Fabrikation toy of Rocket Raccoon is so damn spectacular I can barely even handle it.

– Declan Shalvey walks readers through how he and Jordie Bellaire work together so damn well, and it’s well worth a read.

– George Perez provided an update on his health after cataract surgery, and I’m happy to report that his surgery went well. He’s still having issues with his left pupil, but he seems to be in good spirits. Perez isn’t just one of the most talented artists we’ve ever seen in comics, but one of the nicest people in comics as well. Everyone at Multiversity wishes him a speedy recovery.

– Rich Johnston has been hearing rumors about ComiXology offering DRM-free digital comic options to publishers, and I gotta admit, that’s a pretty interesting rumor to be hearing.

– Apparently Marvel has a plan for one sequel, one new character a year for their movies, according to Kevin Feige. That means we’re only 37 years away from a Stilt Man movie! Huzzah!

– I don’t know if this is going to be a thing, but I wish it would: a “Boss BBQ” t-shirt for Southern Bastards exists and I want it.

– You can download the first issue of Ron Marz and Stjepan Sejic’s “Ravine” #1 for free right now. Sejic is an epic badass and it’s worth a read if only for his art, but that Marz guy is pretty legit too.

– Speaking of Marz, he’s writing a new “John Carter: Warlord of Mars” series, which seems like a pretty perfect pairing to me.

– Who are the 17 comic book artists you should follow on Instagram? Buzzfeed knows, and they let you in on the secret.

– I admittedly was perplexed when I saw that Evangeline Lilly is now an author, but Comics Alliance talks with her about a children’s picture book she’s working on with WETA designer Johnny Fraser-Allen called “The Squickerwonkers.”

– Do you love Axe Cop so much you want to make sure you look at him chopping heads on your wall in your home? Well, do we have the solution for you.
