– Although not slated for release for three years, some details about Black Panther are starting to emerge. Chadwick Boseman, who will play T’Challa, signed a five picture deal. He is already confirmed for Captain America: Civil War, as well as his solo film, and would presumably be part of the two-part Avengers: Infinity War. What the fifth film would be is still a mystery, although a cameo in Avengers: Age of Ultron isn’t out of the question.

A rumored director for the film is Reginald Hudlin, a writer/director/producer who has wrote “Black Panther” for three years for Marvel. Outside of Hudlin, no names have really been floated.

– Not content to see Riverdale take all the action, it appears that Netflix is getting in the old-timey comics TV game, bringing Richie Rich to the streaming service. Purchased from AwesomenessTV, the order, initially, is for 21 episodes, set for 2015.

– Stan Lee Media keeps getting its tail kicked in various district courts: the company claims that, during a 4 month span where he didn’t work for the House of Ideas, Stan Lee transferred all rights for the characters he created at Marvel to Stan Lee Media. However, the case seems as thin as Reed Richards stretched across the exterior of the Baxter Building. The Ninth Circuit court seems to agree with me.

– I hope that yesterday all of you wished Multiversity Editor in Chief Matthew Meylikhov a “Happy Cat Day.” Marvel did the next best thing, by debuting some Jenny Parks cat-variants.

– Mike Johnson returns to “Supergirl” in November, and enrolls her in “a sci-fi Hogwarts.” That sounds like a really fun premise to me, and it seems to be inspired, at least in part, by the new “Batgirl” direction.

– The new Avengers: Age of Ultron clip was pretty dope, wasn’t it? You know what would be even more dope? It recreated by Legos, right? Oh…wait…that happened? Carry on.

– And finally, if you think there won’t be a Guardians of the Galaxy-themed porno, you’d be mistaken. Guardians of the Galaxy: 50 Shades of Groot is, somehow, both the dumbest and smartest thing I’ve ever read.
