Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email me at david@multiversitycomics.com.

– Robot 6 has a story about Kevin Maguire, who was once vocally critical of Valiant Entertainment’s handling of Quantum & Woody (and to a lesser degree his own book Trinity Angels), is now apparently “cool” with them. He doesn’t elaborate, but he does say he spoke with Valiant CEO Dinesh Shamdasani at Phoenix Comicon and that led to the good feelings being developed. That’s good to hear, and hopefully we hear the same from Christopher Priest and M.D. Bright – of Quantum & Woody fame – soon enough.
– According to Rich at Bleeding Cool, there will be a weekly mini-series spawning from Villains Month in September from DC titled “Forever Evil,” and that title will be drawn by David Finch. An interesting idea, and as with most of Rich’s stories it has to be taken with a certain amount of disbelief, but Finch is certainly not busy (with Brett Booth taking over his current title) and would be a great fit for a story of that concept. More on this later, I assume.
– Hey look! MC favorite Natalie Nourigat has a new website! Check it out and I highly support you supporting her work. Do it!
