Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email me at david@multiversitycomics.com.

– Speaking of Bunn, “The Sixth Gun,” his book with artist Brian Hurtt, is getting a hardcover release in October. Yay!
– “Red 3” has already been greenlit, as the second movie comes out this summer and apparently Summit Films is pretty damn certain it’s going to be a hit. Of course, it probably will be if the first movie was any indicator. Based off (loosely) Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner’s comic, the first film was light, fluffy fun for a spy action movie, and the second one will almost certainly be more of the same. And, uh, the third one. Assuming the second one doesn’t bomb like Bruce Willis’ house did in the first one.
– In case you were wondering, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are now for real real in Avengers 2, as Joss Whedon himself super duper double confirmed that fact. So, you know, that.
– This isn’t news or anything like that, but Robot 6 has general consensus reviews of last week’s releases “Dream Thief” and “Dream Merchant.” My opinion: buy the hell out of those books. They are both freaking awesome.
