– Now that Andrew Kreisberg and Ben Sokolowski are taking over the “Green Arrow” comic, many wondered if we’d see influences from the “Arrow” TV show start impacting what’s going on in the world of the comic. The answer is definitely a yes, as it seems that Felicity Smoak – the unbelievably adorable Girl Friday from the show played by Emily Bett Rickards – will be joining the cast of the comic, or at least appearing.

– Rich Johnston analyzes the recent controversy surrounding events in Rick Remender’s “Captain America” run, which has culminated in the hashtag #FireRickRemender becoming prevalent and, I can’t believe I am going to say this, Rich was very balanced in his approach to showing why this idea is most certainly a foolish one.

– So apparently Justin Jordan is going to be rather busy at Boom!, with not one, not two, but three titles coming from him at the publisher.

– Antony Johnston looks at the effect a single retailer could have on the traffic to the website for his book “Umbral” at Image Comics with Chris Mitten, and it’s kind of jarring the effect a brick and mortar store could have on an online experience. Very interesting stuff.

– JK Parkin looks at the entire issue fight scene that takes place in “Moon Knight” #5, and yes, it is the best fight scene.

– Graeme McMillan talks about what he wants to see this year at San Diego Comic Con, and the answer is simple: something unexpected. Simple, but increasingly unlikely as we continue to receive news delivered in different places or during the month that builds up to it as everyone knows SDCC is a traffic jam of news stories.
