Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– For those fearful that the upcoming “Secret Wars” tie-in “Last Days of Ms. Marvel” marks the end of Kamala Khan, fear not, says series writer G. Willow Wilson. It’s the end of the Marvel universe, not Kamala, she insists.
– Over at Esquire, Scott McCloud shares his six favorite moments from graphic novels, and it’s a really cool piece that’s well worth a read.
– Bleeding Cool covers the DC panel from ComicsPro where Jim Lee, Dan Didio and Bob Wayne talk the future of DC. It’s an interesting read, especially the part about how all the new books are being introduced post “Convergence” in little 8 page stories. Neat stuff.
– MC fave Natalie Nourigat has her first Marvel art gig coming up, as she’ll be drawing a short story written by Ben Acker and Ben Blacker in the upcoming “Deadpool” #250. And it looks like it involves Evan (Kid Apocalypse)! Congrats Tally!
– One of my favorite breweries, Ninkasi Brewing Company, has a special beer called “Big Bot” just for Emerald City ComiCon this year. Between this and the Hellboy beer, the Pacific Northwest is all about the intersection between comics and beer right now.
