Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– Entertainment Weekly has debuted a photo of Seth Gilliam as Father Gabriel Stokes on The Walking Dead, a character that first appeared in “The Walking Dead” #61. EW also speaks to Gilliam about the character, about his history with the comics (none), the show (not much of one), and how the show now has three former castmembers of The Wire on it.
– Look, I know we were all bummed when Hawkeye’s costume wasn’t Matrix-y enough, so good news! It is now considerably more Matrix-y.
– While the book has been announced for some time now, today we got a first look at some character designs and a tentative January release date for “The Legacy of Luther Strode.”
– Yesterday was a good day to be a fan of the CW DC-verse, as we got a kick-ass poster and trailer for The Flash. Take a look at that poster, and see how many DC Easter Eggs you can find. I count at least 5.
– Despite Dark Horse losing the Star Wars license in 3 days, “Star Wars Legends” won’t be out of print for long, as Marvel will collect the book into new editions starting in April.
– DC has released some “Gotham Academy” teasers, and they look as awesome as we’ve come to expect.
– Want to have a cameo in “Morning Glories,” just like our Editor in Chief Matt? Joe Eisma tells you how to lock that down!
– Archie, home of the most wholesome comics in the world, is being sued by three former female employees for being, shall we say, less than ideal employers. Sheesh.
– Francis Manapul has designed the latest New York Comic Con poster, which is modeled after a NYC subway map. It is only sort of totally inaccurate.
– The Spire has an interview with Becky Tinker and Joie Brown of Thrillbent’s “Everstar,” a delightful story of a girl and her spaceship.
– And, finally, if you’re anything like me, while watching X-Men: First Class you thought: “what could these writers do with Wile E. Coyote?” Well, wait no more – Acme is on its way!
