– The “gold” list of Free Comic Book Day books has been revealed, and it is a doozy. In addition to DC’s “The New 52 Futures End” preview and Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” book, we will be treated to the first look at Tom Scioli and John Barber’s new IDW series “Transformers vs. G.I. Joe” comic, “Rise of the Magi” #1 from Marc Silverstri and Image, and a Dark Horse issue featuring Itty Bitty Hellboy and more! May can’t come soon enough!
– Check out this incredible variant for the upcoming “Silver Surfer” #1 by Francesco Francavilla. Stunning stuff.
– Comics Vanguard has a pretty indispensable guide to how to submit your writing samples to various companies. For anyone who is serious about writing comics, you must check this out.
– According to Paul Rudd, the Ant-Man rumors are just that – all rumor.
– The trailer for season 2 of Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” game has been released, and it makes me want to play it. And I am not a gamer. Good lord that looks great.
– Speaking of Free Comic Book Day, Star-Lord got a makeover in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” cover image – perhaps to make him more in line with the upcoming film?
