– FX is the latest network to get into the ‘adapting comics for TV’ game, adapting “From Hell” by Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell. Writer David Arata (Children of Men) and producer Don Murphy (the From Hell feature film) will helm the project, which was also adapted into the aforementioned feature film in 2001.

– A character created for an officially licensed Korean Avengers webcomic, “Avengers Electric Rain” known as ‘White Fox’ will soon be folded into the main Marvel continuity. Created by Young hoon Ko, the character is based off the mythological nine tailed fox, Kumiho.

– Chris Pratt is in talks to star in the film adaptation of “Cowboy Ninja Viking,” the Image comic by Riley Rossmo and A.J. Lieberman. Pratt should change his name to Hansel, because he is so hot right now.

– The producers of Gotham said that we may see, and I quote, a “prenatal Robin origin” this year, when the Graysons may or may not show up on the Fox program. They also said that they “eventually” plan to incorporate Harley Quinn into the show, but not this season. I swear, this is going to be another Smallville, where every single minor character debuts before Batman does.

– Fox is narrowing down its choices for the actors playing Cyclops and Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse. The rumored names are Chloe Grace Moretz, Elle Fanning and Hailee Steinfeld for Jean, and Ben Hardy, Charlie Rowe and Timothee Chalamet for Cyclops. I have no real dog in the Cyclops fight, but I’m pulling for Steinfeld for Ms. Grey.

– In 2015, Scholastic Books is publishing a ‘tribute edition‘ of “Bone: Out From Boneville” with 40+ pages of extra art by folks like Craig Thompson and Kazu Kibuishi. Pardon me, as I must go change my pants.

– Aw Yeah! Art and Franco are opening a game store!

– Newsarama spoke to retailers about “Secret Wars” and “Convergence,” and most were skeptical of the big events, especially with so little known about them.

R.I.P. “Turok: Dinosaur Hunter” and “Magnus: Robot Fighter” – I never would have guessed that “Solar: Man of the Atom” would be the last man standing.

– And, finally, say it is for my kid, but please get me this Hall of Doom playset – I’ll be your best friend!
