Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– CNN put together a talk with “the masters of comic book horror”, talking what makes comic book horror work with noted luminaries like Mike Mignola and Scott Snyder. A cool idea, although it’s pretty brief in execution.
– GIVE ME A GROOT, ATTORNEY AT LAW BOOK RIGHT THIS INSTANT!
– In a move that feels long in the making, IDW and Thrillbent are teaming up to release print editions of Thrillbent’s books. Awesome stuff.
– I love Marvel Comics and I love the NBA but damn this Lebron tribute Marvel and ESPN teamed up for is pretty awful.
– Christopher Nolan said “never say never” when asked whether or not he could return to superhero movies. Love his work, and I support whatever he wants to do, but honestly, why return to something you’ve already perfected (in my opinion) with the Dark Knight trilogy? I’d bet that’s the last superhero work we see out of him.
– Because Steve Morris is ridiculous (YOU HEARD ME!), Comic Spire is doing Pixie Month celebrating the X-Men character that we all love to forget. Jussst kidding, she’s pretty alright. Stay peeled on Comic Spire to see what exactly a month’s worth of Pixie centric content really looks like.
