Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– In what can’t be considered a surprise, Gotham has received a full, 22-episode order, from Fox. As the CBR article states, Gotham debuted to the highest ratings for a series debut on Fox in 14 years. The show remains immensely popular, if not universally beloved.
– I have to admit, I totally missed this: last night, Robin Lord Taylor, aka Oswald Cobblepot on Gotham, made a quick appearance on The Walking Dead, reprising his role as Sam, a minor character from last season that I had completely forgotten about.
– Vox.com has a great article about Kelly Sue DeConnick, who talks “Captain Marvel,” the Carol Corps, and her role within the current comics (and specifically, Marvel) landscape.
– Lego Batman 3 was already on my wishlist – add Jim Lee and Conan O’Brien to the character list, and now I can’t imagine living without it!
– According to Bleeding Cool, DC is promoting a number of their employees ahead of the move to Burbank, CA, and expects 80 or so employees to not make the move. If BC is to be believed, if employees do not work for a competing comics company, they can receive up to two years of severance pay. Is there a way I can get hired and fired by DC in the next few months?
– Some concept art from Michael Bay’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has surfaced, including unused designs for Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady. The Bebop, in particular, is an amazing update of the cartoon/comics version, and may or may not haunt my dreams for weeks to come.
– Five Thirty Eight does their usually incredible work while exploring female characters in comics. It is a bit of a long read, but it is well worth the read.
– And, finally, Her Universe is offering this amazing Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. shirt that, when in the dark, reveals a Hydra logo.
