– Comic Book Resources talked Constantine with executive producers David S. Goyer and Daniel Cerone about various aspects of the show. Cerone maintained that while Constantine is “still a smoker,” you won’t see him lighting up too much on the show. He also said that Constantine’s bisexuality won’t be a part of the show, at least initially. In more exciting news, Cerone also hinted that Jim Corrigan would have a role on the show, and that his role could expand into something else – mainly, into the Spectre.

Goyer, on the other hand, says that DC could potentially spin another show off from Constantine, perhaps a show built around multiple characters. Goyer also comes off like a dick during a lot of the interview, but that’s no surprise.

– Roberto Orci, executive producer and co-writer of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has “officially” left the series, reportedly to direct Star Trek 3, but that is not official as of yet. Orci was writing and producing partners with Alex Kurtzman, but after working together on projects like Fringe, Transformers and Sleepy Hollow, split earlier this year.

– More details about the death of Archie in the “Life with Archie” series keep being released, and it now seems that Archie dies saving a life – specifically, saving Kevin Keller, an openly gay character, from being shot for his stance on gun laws.

– Disney has named the voice cast for Big Hero 6, and has a strong comedic cast, including Scott Adsit, T.J. Miller, and Damon Wayans, Jr.

– We have heard a lot about the potential for “Archer and Armstrong” to be film, and i09 goes into detail about why it could be the next big hit.

– Could Young Justice be returning? We will find out at San Diego Comic Con!

– Today, the cover was released to “March: Book Two,” the second part in the series, written by Representative John Lewis, which is due in early 2015. If you haven’t read the first book of March, shut down your computer and go do so now. We’ll wait.

– J.G. Jones has joined Boom! for a creator owned book with a yet-to-be-announced writer. Jones promises the writer is someone he has long wanted to work with, and that the book will be “edgy.”

– Gail Simone keeps talking about her “secret” DC project. She keeps using that exact word – “secret.” It is probably too hopeful to presume she’s talking about a new “Secret Six” book, right?

– And finally, just take my money Jason Latour. Those “Southern Bastards” shirts are just too awesome.
