Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– Jonathan Hickman and Ryan Bodenheim’s “The Dying & The Dead” gets a preview, and this upcoming Image Comics series looks seriously great. That’s to be expected, of course, but damn does this book look good.

– Marvel teased “Ant-Man” with a fittingly small teaser and…well, it doesn’t show anything, making it the teasiest teaser that has ever teased. Because of course. You can see the actual human sized one during this week’s episode of “Agent Carter”.

– We’re really late on this, but the Wall Street Journal’s article on the New Wave of Graphic Novels and how much comics are now catering to women is a must read. Really great stuff.

– Heat Vision shares its five creators to watch in 2015, and it’s a great list that really could feature any year in the mix, specifically 2014.

– They’re making a statue of Wonder Woman designed by former series artist Cliff Chiang, and hoo boy, is she pretty.

– Tonci Zonjic wishes everyone a happy new year in comic form, and it is an absolute beauty.
