Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at rundown@multiversitycomics.com.

– First up, some news that could be good or bad, depending on how you take it: Jack Huston has exited the upcoming The Crow remake, Variety learned. Huston was set to star in the leading role, but has dropped out due to, apparently, scheduling conflicts. This is the second time an actor has had to drop out of the remake as Luke Evans also had to do the same.
– Entertainment Weekly have reported that Rupert Wyatt, director of Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, will be directing the Gambit film for Fox. This is pretty cool, maybe there’s hope for this film after all.
– A three-episode miniseries Telltalle game starring “The Walking Dead”‘s Michonne will be coming in the Fall and will explore her storyline an unseen part of her storyline in the comics.
– Hey, it’s e3 this week! That means comic book news is pretty light on the ground, but video game news is literally inescapable. Check out this trailer for The Last Guardian because holy shit this game is actually coming out I can’t believe it.
– CBR have a report on Warren Ellis’ recent health scare. We here at Multiversity are wishing Ellis a speedy and full recovery.
