Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– This open letter from Denver Comic Con co-founder Charlie La Greca is deeply concerning, and shows a young con that is already crumbling under pressures to make money rather than to live by its original mission statement. I’m curious what else comes from this, but Denver Comic Con seems like it’s something that should go away if all of this is true.
– This is hot now, because of the Guardians trailer, but you should really donate to Bill Mantlo for the ongoing care of him in his current, tragic state, and not just because you like a movie trailer. He’s someone who has had quite the legacy in comics and he is in a tough place. If you can, do what you can to donate.
– Check out this page of art from “American Vampire” Scott Snyder shared. This is some sweet, sweet Rafael Albuquerque and Dave McCaig action, I say.
– Speaking of sharing things on Twitter, Declan Shalvey shared the two different covers to Moon Knight #3, and as he said, if you don’t like the suit and tie look for MK, you probably won’t like this. Myself? I think it’s totally awesome.
