Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– It is tweet-fficial! James Mangold has confirmed that, post-X-Men Apocalypse, he will be directing a new Wolverine solo film. The X-film universe is really starting to take shape and, as a website started to review X-Men Origins: Wolverine, we are all in on this film.
– In some of the least shocking news you’ll read this week, DC has cancelled “Larfleeze” after 12 issues.
– In more Marvel film news, Marc Webb has announced that, while he will direct The Amazing Spider-Man 3, he will not direct The Amazing Spider-Man 4.
– Greg Pak and Fred Van Lente, the writing team behind “The Incredible Hercules,” are putting out a new book called “Make Comics Like the Pros,” with a cover by Colleen Coover. There are certainly worse people to learn how to make comics from than those fellas
– Two of the actors from the upcoming The Flash pilot (aside from the already guested Grant Gustin), will be making appearances on Arrow later this season. Danielle Panabaker (playing Caitlin Snow) and Carlos Valdes (playing Cisco Ramon) will be popping up on the 19th episode of this season.
– Dennis Culver posted his sketch of Usagi Yojimbo, which is being auctioned off to benefit Stan Sakai. It is a beaut. If you’ve got the money, go for it!
