Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– As if he wasn’t already basically printing his own money at this point, Robert Kirkman has sold the TV rights to “Outcast,” his new comic with artist Paul Azaceta, to Cinemax. The comic, due to debut in “early 2014” is an exorcism story – and is also in some legal hot water over the title, which it shares with a 1990s Valiant comic of the same name. Hopefully, Cinemax is cool with a different name, potentially.
– Wasn’t “Sandman Overture” #1 awesome? Won’t waiting until February for #2 suck?
– Could the Ant-Man of the upcoming film actually be Scott Lang? I’d still bet on Hank Pym, but as usual, Rich Johnston makes you think, even if you ultimately wind up disagreeing with him.
– Charmin made a pretty funny/punny Thor joke on Twitter today, but it was quickly pulled down. That’s almost as rough as the competition feels against your…well, you know.
– Could Storm be the next Marvel character to get their own series?
– If watching Zack Snyder talk about the upcoming Superman/Batman movie sounds like a good way to spend 75 minutes, have at it.
