Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– Bleeding Cool is reporting on what Adam Driver’s role in Star Wars: Episode VII might be. I’m not going to type it here, in the interest of spoilers, but if this is true, I am certainly interested.
– Eric Powell has given an update of the status of the film adaptation of “The Goon,” and it looks like the storyboard animation that was Kickstarted last year is just about done.
– Multiversity favorites Christopher Mitten and Antony Johnston are wrapping up their “Wasteland” story over at Oni, and they talked to CBR about closing the book on that property.
– There is a really great “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 30th Anniversary Special” coming out at the end of May, and it has already sold out its 20,000 issue run. TMNT continues to be a property that keeps on kicking along, and we will have lots of special coverage on the Turtles 30th Anniversary in a few weeks.
– Wait, what? A “Young Avengers” omnibus? Don’t mind if I do!
– Both “Harley Quinn” and “Ms. Marvel” #1 are going to 4th printings. Whether this is statistical noise, or whether this is proof that the comics landscape is making it more viable to have a female-fronted book, I don’t know, but it is encouraging news regardless.
– And, finally, time to get your R.E.M. action figures!
