Welcome to The Rundown. I’ll be taking over our daily breakdown on news stories we missed from the previous day for the next week. Have a link to share? Email me at david.h@multiversitycomics.com.

– For those of you who are as hyped as me for Man Of Steel in June, you might be glad to hear that there (might/possibly/hopefully) be a trailer coming today at 8PM EDT! Over at manofsteel.com there is a static transmission (which you can see to the left) that has slowly been decoding since yesterday to show what looks to be Zod’s crest. It was the Man Of Steel Facebook page that found when the trailer will be dropping.

– Also in Man Of Steel viral news, dsrwproject.com lead to some Deep Space Radio Wave transmissions that were revealed to read “You are not alone.” I’m hype.

– Alex Grecian posted on his Facebook page that “Proof”, his series with Riley Rossmo, will be collected “in a definitive remastered set of hardcovers”. He also said that there won’t be anymore “Proof” any time soon because both he and Rossmo are busy with other work.

– Armand Villavert Jr. has created a Kickstarter page for a sequel to “Gladstone’s School For World Conquerors” as a five issue monthly digital subscription. Each issue would be sent by email and once the five issues are complete, there will be a collected .PDF. The page has $1,111 pledged of a $6,000 goal at time of writing.

– I haven’t been reading the Marvel NOW! “Thunderbolts”, but when it was announced Charles Soule would be doing a Punisher-centric issue, I have to admit I got a little excited. But Soule won’t be on the title for long it seems as Axel Alonso assured on CBR that there will be an announcement of the new creative team at the end of the month and that the team will be starting with #14.

Alice W. Castle

Sworn to protect a world that hates and fears her, Alice W. Castle is a trans femme writing about comics. All things considered, it’s going surprisingly well. Ask her about the unproduced Superman films of 1990 - 2006. She can be found on various corners of the internet, but most frequently on Twitter: @alicewcastle
