– Good news, everyone! While Marvel and Netflix are busy making Jessica Jones, it looks like they’re already setting their sights on the upcoming Luke Cage and even Iron Fist series. It’s been announced that Misty Knight will be played by Simone Missick and that Theo Rossi will be playing the villain, Shades. Things are looking good for Luke Cage, I must say.

– Over in Marvel Studios’ film land, there’s been reports that the Creative Committee that oversaw the Studios’ film production has been disbanded. This is part of a major creative overhaul over at Marvel Studios that will be interesting to see if it affects the actual films in any way.

– With Supergirl casting Lucy Lane, it should be no surprise that her father wasn’t far behind. IGN has revealed that Glenn Morshower, famous for being That One General in Michael Bay’s films, will be playing General Sam Lane. This could either be amazing or hilariously bad. I can’t wait.

– Hey, look at this sick ass poster for Arrow Season 4!

– Also, check out the first actual cover for “DKIII: The Master Race”, which will be DC’s first attempt at a retailer exclusive cover.

– This is weird: Marvel has been releasing a bunch of teasers for “Totally Awesome Hulk” which has been throwing a couple curveballs as to who actually is the new Hulk. Who do you think it is? Because it’s probably still Amadeus Cho.

– Oh my god, “Weirdworld”, one of the best series to come out of “Secret Wars”, is getting an ongoing. That’s good. But Jason Aaron won’t be writing it. That’s bad. But Sam Humphries will be writing it instead. That’s good! And Mike Del Mundo is still the artist. That’s also good.

– Finally, after almost a year wait, Electricomics, the new digital comics app from Alan Moore has finally launched! With four free comics from Moore, Garth Ennis and others, it’s definitely well worth a look.
