– It looks like Ender’s Game star Asa Butterfield is Marvel’s top choice for their new Spider-Man, which is a big ol’ wet fart for all the Miles Morales fans hoping it was their boy’s time to shine. Asa Butterfield would make a gripping Spider-Man, in that I’ll be furiously gripping the seat of my movie theater chair at how this post-millenial ass punk is already a more successful actor than I’ll ever be.

– “Gotham by Midnight” artist Ty Templeton took some time recovering from his heart attack a few days ago to let Netflix viewers in on what Daredevil is all about! Templeton is a much loved artist around these parts and it’s good to know he’s still reeling in those casual readers! And also alive! We wish you the best, Ty.

Suicide Squad just cast Alex Meraz in an unknown role. Meraz is best known for his work in Twilight and for being another no-good hunk who thinks he’s a better actor than I am.

– Scott Cawthon announced Five Nights at Freddy’s 4: The Final Chapter. The popular horror series will seemingly conclude with the next game which involves an animatronic bear covered in mouths. Expect at least 200 YouTube videos about this game with “WTF!!!” in the title.

– On-set photos leaked of Stephen Amell, a yes-good hunk who is a better actor than me, as Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. Amell will be playing a vigilante wearing a hood because type-casting got weirdly specific in 2015.
