Welcome back to The Rundown, our daily breakdown on comic news stories we missed from the previous day. Have a link to share? Email our team at either david@multiversitycomics.com or brian@multiversitycomics.com.

– After DC assured everyone that it’s alllll good with Bill Finger’s family, his granddaughter Athena Finger went public with her assurances that no, no things are not all good. You should go to Robot 6 and read the full statement, but the general gist is this: how can DC not just at least give him credit in name? Is it really so hard? That they don’t underlines all of the problems people have with them, and it’s a shame they don’t just wise up.
– Bleeding Cool collected responses from a couple comiXology Submit creators as to their thoughts on the recent changes at comiXology, and it’s worth a read to get the perspective of creators who are actually affected by this deal in a greater way than we are (even if it is REALLY exhausting to click a few more times).
– In “Stripped”, the documentary about comic strips, Bill Watterson actually is interviewed and he gives four trips on creativity that anyone should read, if only because it is Bill Watterson actually speaking.
– This new column over at The Beat about covers from Kate Willaert is completely fantastic. Read it if you’re interested in covers, or just comic design in general. You’ll be glad you did.
– Ermagherd there’s a Power Rangers reboot coming.
